The 2012 Sites List is now online - See Diary Page. You can download a copy from the site for your convenience. We still need some stewards, so if you can help by opening a site, or stewarding for a weekend, please get in contact.

Surrey DA Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Saturday 10th March at 2.30 pm, Leigh Village hall.
Notices of motions and nominations for committee must be sent to Hon Secretary – Dave Croney, Kingsdown Cottage, Clayhill Road, Leigh, Surrey, RH2 8PD by no later than 18th February 2012.

South Eastern Region Anniversary Meet and AGM
At The Hop Farm, Beltring, Kent, 14 – 17 June.
The theme for the weekend is “Treasure Island”. A full programme will be laid on, and there will be something for everyone from hands on sports, crafts and live music.

National Feast of Lanterns (NFOL)
16th – 19th August 2012 at Long Newton Grange, Long Newton, Teeside.
Hosted by North East Region. Theme is “The Circus”. The booking forms are in January's Club magazine.
